Accounts Administrator
Description✓Our client is a well-established construction firm seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator based locally
✓The firm has been operating for over 50 years and is continually expanding
✓The Construction firm work with a multitude of clients and are widely accredited for their work within Civil Engineering.
✓The Ideal Accounts Administrator will have a background within construction and will be working with tasks such as; Matching, checking and coding invoices, Being the first point of contact for all relevant enquiries and reporting, Reconciliation of supplier statements and Maintaining Business relationships with suppliers.
✓Accounts Admin Position Overview
✓Setting up of new supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details
✓Logging, maintaining and filing invoices using easy build
✓Maintaining the accuracy of vendor details
✓Checking invoices against receipts with scrutiny to ensure that all products and/or services purchased are delivered.
✓Reviewing procedures and systems to identify improvement opportunities.
✓Administrative tasksAccounts Admin Position Requirements
✓2+ years of Accounts Administration experience
✓Previous experience with invoicing
✓CIS experience [desired]
✓Great communication and timekeeping skills
✓Ability to work in a busy, high paced environment
✓Previous experience working with clientsAccounts Admin Position Remuneration
✓£25,000 - £28,000 DOE
✓21 days Hols + Bank
✓Core hours 08:00 - 17:00 Mon - Fri
