Description✓Job Title: Accounts Assistant
✓Salary: Up to £25,000
✓Location: St Albans
✓Contract: Permanent, full-time
✓Hours: Monday to Friday – 8:30-17:30pm

✓Our well-established client who are in the construction industry are looking for a proactive Accounts Assistant to join their dynamic and growing team in St Albans.
✓SKILLS REQUIRED
✓Previous experience within a similar role
✓Excellent communication skills over the phone and email
✓Strong IT skills, excellent working knowledge on Excel
✓Organised and efficient
✓Accounting experience is an advantage
✓RESPONSIBILITIES
✓Reconciliation to ledgers
✓Entering debtor invoices and creditor invoices
✓Matching delivery notes and invoices
✓Job costing
✓General accounts administration; inputting data and handling incoming queries
✓Purchase order administration holiday cover
✓ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
