Accounts Assistant

DescriptionAccounts Assistant [Part-time] - Acton [1min walk from Acton Central]
We are seeking a part-time [1-2 days per week] Accounts Assistant to join our Accounts team and assist with the weekly process of paying our temporary and contract staff.
Responsible for processing weekly pay & invoices via our computerised payroll system
Ensuring new staff are set up correctly in the payroll system and HMRC updates are processed as required
Administer Auto enrolment Pensions
Submit RTI returns to HMRC
Produce weekly customer invoices on behalf of the Accounts team
Respond to queries from temporary staff & contractors as requiredThe role would ideally suit someone with payroll experience or similar administrative activities which require a high attention to detail
The role is for a minimum of one day per week [Wednesdays] and a maximum of two days which can be spread over Tuesdays & Thursdays [depending on the individual]
This is an office based role, and there is flexibility regarding start & finish times.
Full training will be provided and the right candidate can start immediately.
