Hybrid working - One/Two days office, rest from home.
A flexible and fast paced business in Ipswich is looking for an experienced Account Assistant to manage the accounts receivable function and help support the wider finance team.
 
This successful candidate will need to have sales ledger experience and be able to work within a team environment.
 
Responsibilities:
To respond to internal and external queries regarding payments of invoices
Raising Sales Invoices and posting sales information into the ledgers.
Intercompany recharges
Liaise with external auditors before, during and after the audit, providing required schedules, reconciliation reports and any other required documents.
Maintaining sales reconciliations spreadsheets.
Uploading sales information on to local authority customer portals.
