Accounts Assistant

✓Hybrid working - One/Two days office, rest from home.
✓A flexible and fast paced business in Ipswich is looking for an experienced Account Assistant to manage the accounts receivable function and help support the wider finance team.
✓
✓This successful candidate will need to have sales ledger experience and be able to work within a team environment.
✓
✓Responsibilities:
✓To respond to internal and external queries regarding payments of invoices
✓Raising Sales Invoices and posting sales information into the ledgers.
✓Intercompany recharges
✓Liaise with external auditors before, during and after the audit, providing required schedules, reconciliation reports and any other required documents.
✓Maintaining sales reconciliations spreadsheets.
✓Uploading sales information on to local authority customer portals.
