Accounts Assistant

DescriptionAre you passionate about working in finance for a growing company? Pure have a fantastic opportunity for a bright and hard-working Accounts Assistant to join a busy team in Billericay.
This position will be a 14-month FTC covering maternity leave.
The role will focus on providing support and as when required within the Shared Service Team [including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Commission setups].
Essential Duties
Provide support within Accounts Payable, Receivable, and Commission setups.
Assist in coordinating the setup of new projects for Finance department.
Reconciling accounts.
Analysing and providing resolution to variances.
Assist in investigating and resolving queries.
Help support and manage finance relationships with retailers.
Ensure all billing [including self-bills and supplier invoices] for all projects and changes are coordinated.Required Skills
1+ year experience in a similar role.
