Accounts Technician- Part Time
Description✓Job Title: Accounts Technician- 3 days per week [flexible on days].
✓Location: Belfast -Hybrid- 22.5 hours per week
✓Salary and Benefits: £27,500- £32,500- pro rata and dep on experience.
✓Hours of work: 3 days- 9am- 5pm

✓They are going through a period of growth and seeking a part time Accounts Technician.
✓The Right role:
✓This role will involve ensuring that deadlines are met and to a high standard while assisting in the preparation of financial reports on a monthly and yearly basis, managing the accounts receivable and payable functions, and BACS payroll duties [14+ employees]
✓Given the sector they operate in, preparing and submitting grant funding claims, liaising with funders, and maintaining budgets will also be a key aspect of this role.
✓The Right Fit:
✓Essential Criteria
✓* A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a finance role.
✓* Fully qualified IATI, ATT, or Part Qualified ACCA, CIMA
✓* Previous experience in working in the not-for-profit sector
✓* Experience in preparing management accounts and profit and loss for a board
✓Desirable Criteria
✓* Previous experience using Sage
✓* Payroll experience
✓* Experience in preparation of grant claims Show more →
