✓We are currently on the lookout for an Apprentice to join our valued Finance team in London
✓We have a good track record of successfully recruiting and training previous apprentices, and you will study towards your AAT qualification
✓There will be rewards for each exam you pass, and part of each working day, you will be required to study [8 hours per week based on a 40-hour working week]
✓As part of your career within the company there will be opportunities to move within the finance team, so you will get exposure to other areas of finance and accounting
✓Initially, you will join the credit control team, who are responsible for ensuring our customers pay us on time.
✓Job Details
✓Process credit account application forms/ checking documentation provided and chasing anything missing.
✓Opening customer accounts within our CRM and accounting system
✓Assisting the credit control team with admin
✓Producing weekly invoices and sending out to client
✓Producing weekly statements to customer
✓Assist with posting cash and bank reconciliations.
✓Assisting in query resolutionProfile
✓To be considered for this position based in our Central London office the following criteria is desirable.
✓Team player
✓GCSE's [ Including Maths & English with grades 4/5 and above]
✓Excellent communication skills
