Assistant Accountant
Description✓T2M Resourcing are recruiting an Assistant Accountant for a long established and highly successful manufacturing group that has annual turnover in excess of £10m
✓The ideal candidate will be studying or completed AAT and looking to further their qualifications, ideally CIMA
✓Support will be provided by the company.
✓Salary up to £40,000 + Study Support & Benefits Package
✓Reporting directly to the Financial Director your key responsibilities will include:
✓* Prepare, produce, analyse, and report on accounts with ‘day to day’ transaction processing
✓* Balance sheet reconciliations and monthly analysis accounts
✓* KPI reporting for allotted KPIs
✓* Analyses of company credit cards expenditure
✓* Prepare VAT returns
✓* Provide ‘business partnering’ to the operational managers
✓To be successful Accountant you will have the following qualifications and experience:
✓* Ideally AAT qualified and progressing towards CIMA / ACCA
✓* Articulate, inquisitive and commercially astute
✓* Team player, able to work on own initiative
✓* Good standard of education
✓* Excellent written and oral communication skills
✓* IT literate with systems experience and good Excel skills
