Description✓Branch Mortgage Manager - Overview:
✓A high performing and expanding independent mortgage brokerage is seeking a very experienced and skilled mortgage broker to assist with the expansion of the operation
✓They deal with complex cases and have an exceptionally lucrative lead source which is getting busier, not quieter like what you may be hearing in the press
✓If you have 4+ years mortgage sales experience, preferably having managed a mortgage team, or you are experienced in broking complex cases, please enquire today!
✓Branch Mortgage Manager - Scope:
✓You will help lead the expansion of the business by writing your own cases from the lead source as well as managing and assisting other team members with their work loads and development
✓Recruitment is on the agenda, so you will also be integral to the expansion of the business as it increase mortgage broker head count.

✓Branch Mortgage Manager - Qualification:
✓* CeMAP 1, 2 and 3 are required for this role, or equivalent
✓* Preferably a minimum of 4 years mortgage sales experience [we deal with complex cases]
✓* Experience managing a mortgage team will be an advantage
✓* The successful candidate will display outstanding customer service skills as well as being highly motivated, professional and a real "people person", with the ambition to be the very best they can be.
✓Branch Mortgage Manager - The Package:
✓Our clients are seeking hot and hungry talent and are completely flexible with regards to fitting the right candidate into the right role.
✓*
✓* Negotiable Basic Salary £35,000 - £40,000, or choose a more lucrative self employed option
✓* 20% Commission [much more if you choose the self employed option]
✓* Further commission to be earned from income generated by each broker you manage, rising as the head count increases
✓* Genuine On Target Earnings of £85,000 - £110,000+ based on current leads and performance levels
✓* Robust & Lucrative quality Lead Source
