Cash Allocation Clerk
Description✓Marc Daniels are recruiting a Cash Allocation Clerk to join a large, well-known company based in Maidenhead.
✓This role offers hybrid working [1 day per week working from home].
✓This is a temporary role which may become permanent.
✓If you are a finance graduate with some experience in a finance-based role, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
✓YOU MUST BE IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE OR ON A SHORT NOTICE PERIOD [1 WEEK MAX].
✓Responsibilities:
✓Matching incoming payments to customer's account
✓Find the correct account number for each customer
✓Search via invoices / job number to find the correct account to allocate the funds to
✓Allocating cash to the correct invoices on an account
✓Reconcile remittances to the account to facilitate the allocation
✓Contacting the customers for a remittance or confirmation of which invoices should be cleared
