Description✓Cash Allocation Clerk - Logistics Company - Temp to Perm
✓Salary: £120 - £130 per day PAYE
✓Location: NW London
✓Hybrid: 5 days in the office initially
✓We are partnering with a leading logistics business based in NW London who are looking for a Cash Allocation Clerk to join their fast-paced credit team on an ongoing temp basis, with a view for it to become a permanent position.
✓As a Cash Allocation Clerk your responsibilities will include:
✓Banking and allocation of cash across multiple systems
✓Assist with account enquiries for internal customers
✓Raising credit notes, perform and monitor invoice reversals, perform claim and refunds.
✓Research and resolve payment queries
✓Clearing unallocated cash
✓Reconciliation of customer accounts, general ledgers and systems.
✓Adhoc duties within the credit team
✓Candidate must have strong Excel skills - minimum level of VLU's and Pivot tables
✓The successful candidate must have recent cash allocation/accounts receivable experience and working in a busy credit control team
✓You will be well organised with an analytical mind and be competent using accounting systems such as Excel.
