Description✓Claims Assessor / Contract / Full time / Fully remote
✓Our client, a global and well recognised insurance company are seeking experienced Claims Assessors to join their team
✓The right individual will have experience of medical and financial claims assessments across a range of various product lines.
✓Role and Responsibilities:
✓Manage individual protection claims from initial notification all the way through to final settlement
✓Asses claims in line with company policy and conditions
✓Liase and communicate with relevant parties to obtain information in relation to claims
✓Build and maintain relationships with service providers and aim to resolve appeals and complaints
✓Daily contact with customers and service providers both over the phone and in writing
✓Provide excellent customer care and support to customers when they need it most
✓Working across Life, Critical Illness, Income Protection, TPD, Business Protection and Wavier of Premium.
✓Dealing with high claims authority limitsEssential skills:
✓Experienced within medical and financial claims assessment across a range of product lines
✓Be educated to GCSE standard or equivalent
✓Be a confident and effective communicator both verbally and in writing
✓Have a passion for customer service
✓A “can-do” attitude and the ability to manage a heavy workload
✓Experience in high claims authority limitsPackage:
✓£389 per day umbrella
✓3 month contract with full scope for extension
