Claims Handler- TPI
Description✓Claims Handler opportunity with a successful claims handling specialist.
✓This is a hybrid or office based role- Northampton
✓Salary- £[phone number removed] DOE
✓Mon- Fri- 37.5 hours per week.
✓You will be required to manage and settle third party impact claims, providing excellent service to all customers and clients.
✓You will ideally have previous property/ motor claims experience and have business interruption experience
✓You should also be CII or CILA qualified or willing to work towards it.
✓The job role:
✓Negotiate and settle a portfolio of third-party impact claims.
✓Understands the weekly/monthly targets of the team and how this affects overall financial performance of the company.
✓Managing a personal case load to ensure targets and services level agreements are met.
✓Ensuring that every Policyholder, Clients, and all other interested parties are kept updated within agreed timescales.
✓Deal with complaints in accordance with company complaints policy.
✓Actively seeks to develop oneself and takes responsibility for own training and development.
✓Has knowledge and a clear understanding of company policies and procedures.
✓Have a positive attitude to changes and business development.
✓Deal with a mixture of personal lines and motor claims of varying value levels, some complex or involving new and innovative processes.
