Claims Handler- TPI

DescriptionClaims Handler opportunity with a successful claims handling specialist.
This is a hybrid or office based role- Northampton
Salary- £[phone number removed] DOE
Mon- Fri- 37.5 hours per week.
You will be required to manage and settle third party impact claims, providing excellent service to all customers and clients.
You will ideally have previous property/ motor claims experience and have business interruption experience
You should also be CII or CILA qualified or willing to work towards it.
The job role:
Negotiate and settle a portfolio of third-party impact claims.
Understands the weekly/monthly targets of the team and how this affects overall financial performance of the company.
Managing a personal case load to ensure targets and services level agreements are met.
Ensuring that every Policyholder, Clients, and all other interested parties are kept updated within agreed timescales.
Deal with complaints in accordance with company complaints policy.
Actively seeks to develop oneself and takes responsibility for own training and development.
Has knowledge and a clear understanding of company policies and procedures.
Have a positive attitude to changes and business development.
Deal with a mixture of personal lines and motor claims of varying value levels, some complex or involving new and innovative processes.
