Client Accounts Assistant
Description✓Client Accounts Assistant
✓Our client, a prestigious property management company based in Edinburgh, are looking for a Client Accounts Assistant to join their friendly finance team!
✓Salary: £25,000
✓35 hours per week, Monday-Friday
✓On-site based in Edinburgh City Centre
✓A successful candidate will have:
✓Client accounts experience
✓Strong organisational skills
✓Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
✓Strong communication skills both internally and with external suppliers
✓Confidence using Excel
✓Experience using SME professional would be advantageous
✓Example duties include but are not limited to:
✓Daily banking uploads & online payments including international transfers
✓Diligent posting of manual transactions and frequent reconciliations to ensure accuracy
✓Maintaining monthly direct debit procedures
✓Maintaining daily bank reconciliations
✓Processing supplier invoices & uploading contractor payments through PTX
✓Transfer deposit funds to custodial deposit schemes [SDS]
✓Entering and reconciling credit card payments
✓Processing of monthly landlord payment runs and the issuing of monthly statements
✓Maintaining client float accounts to match expenditure as required
✓Maintaining the monthly rent collection process
✓Reconciliation of the arrears report and following our arrears collection process
✓Maintaining the Non-Resident Landlord Scheme process including reporting and transfer of funds to HMRC
✓Monitoring of mailboxes and responding to internal and external email queries
✓Assist with year end audit procedures and annual client account health checks
✓Assisting with the implementation of automation and robust controls to drive efficiencies
✓General financial administration to assist the wider finance team as required
