Collections Advisor
Description✓Due to company growth we are recruiting for a number of Collection Advisors to join an award-winning finance company located in the heart of Manchester City Centre
✓You will recieve a fantastic salary between £25,000 - £30,000 [D.O.E] along with an annual bonus and a fantastic benefits package.

✓Recovering customer arrears via telephone, written communications or any other digital methods introduced into the department/function
✓Showing empathy to vulnerable customers and setting up repayment arrangements
✓Adhering to the rules and guidelines set by the company and its regulators
✓Completing general administration dutiesSkills for the Collections Advisor:
✓Previous experience in a collections within a regulated environment
✓Experience completing income expenditures
✓Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
✓The ability to work well under pressure and meet targets set
✓A strong customer service orientation and a desire to help customers find solutions to their financial difficulties
