✓Adhering to the rules and guidelines as set out by the company and its regulators [FCA / ICO/ FLA]
✓Adhere to KPI's set by the businessSkills for the for Collections Advisor:
✓We would like to hear from you if you have experience working in Collections [Late or Early Arrears] as a Collections Agent, Collections Advisor or Similar.
✓Strong customer service skill and the ability to empathise with people
✓Experienced working within a regulated background
