✓Have atleast one full years experience within a collections position, dealing with county court and high court debt
✓Be used to working within a fast paced Collections environment
✓Be able to empathise with customers whilst also being assertive.
✓Be able to take responsibility for resolving disputes
✓This Collections position is based within Chester city centre with a pay and display car park opposite and a bus stop, with links to North Wales opposite the building
✓The train station with links to most local and further afield stations, is a short walk away, however there is also a free bus service linking from the train station to the city centre.
