Commercial Finance Assistant
Description✓Elevation Accountancy & Finance are currently seeking a Commercial Finance Assistant to join a successful & prestigious business based in Wetherby on a full time permanent basis!
✓The Commercial Finance Assistant role is a permanent role based in Wetherby, West Yorkshire, reporting to the Commercial Finance Manager
✓This is a newly created role, and it provides an excellent opportunity to assist in delivering commercial insight as well as developing the commercially focussed area of the business.
✓Key Responsibilities
✓- Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly sales analysis
✓- Maintain purchase forecasts
✓- Management of the customer rebate process
✓- Forecasting
✓- Forming Key Relationships with Internal and External stakeholders
✓Candidate Requirements
✓- Previous finance/ accounts experience [min of 1 year]
✓- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal to both financial and non-financial senior stakeholders
✓- Organised and able to work accurately, with precise reporting and presentation skills and a good attention to detail
✓- Excellent IT and strong Excel skills – competent with data manipulation on large data sets; pivot tables; sumifs; vlookups; xlookups; index matching
✓- Highly numerate
✓- Naturally inquisitive
