Description
As a Contact Centre Advisor you will be dealing with a high volume of queries regarding claims and processing from start to finish.
You will be ensuring a high level of client care is provided at all times and the claim is processed efficiently and within service level agreements
Profile
Ideally previous Contact Centre experience but would consider candidates from a retail or hospitality background
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
Able to work under pressure and towards targets
Excellent customer service
Able to work in a fast paced environment
