✓As a Contact Centre Advisor you will be dealing with a high volume of queries regarding claims and processing from start to finish.
✓You will be ensuring a high level of client care is provided at all times and the claim is processed efficiently and within service level agreements
✓Profile
✓Ideally previous Contact Centre experience but would consider candidates from a retail or hospitality background
✓Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
✓Able to work under pressure and towards targets
✓Excellent customer service
✓Able to work in a fast paced environment
