Credit Controller
Description✓You will be working for a growing, marketing leading business based in Salford Quays who are looking to recruit within their expanding Credit Control function
✓The business boasts a friendly, lively environment which is clear to see when you visit the office making you instantly feel at home
✓This is a full time, permanent role working within a fast pace, busy team
✓Your main task is to manage your own portfolio of customers [B2B] and ensure timely collection of payment whilst building long standing relationships in the process
✓Your typical duties will include; proactively chasing customers for payment, striving towards targets set by your team leader, obtaining payment via debit or credit card, assisting the head of credit with cash forecasting, suggesting potential process improvement ideas and other ad hoc tasks
✓Previous Credit Control / Collections experience is ideal but by no means essential, the company are willing to consider candidates from a telephony customer service background who have a desire to start a career within credit control
✓Being able to work within a fast paced environment is also essential
