✓Job duties:
✓Cash collection for high number of live accounts
✓Advising on credit limits for new customer accounts and reviewing credit limits for existing accounts
✓Monitoring and releasing any held orders
✓Recording / allocation of cash
✓Liaising with insurers about customer credit accounts including any problem accounts
✓Sending statements and invoices to customers
✓Producing monthly reports on accounts
✓Assisting other team members with debit notes
✓Uploading customer invoices
✓Assisting and supporting Finance team with any relevant audit information
✓Assisting with invoice queries, raising paperwork and processing credit notes
✓Job requirements:
✓Previous credit control / accounts receivable experience
✓Advanced SAP user
✓Ideally experience within FMCG industry
✓Strong attention to detail
