As a Risk Analyst, you will play a crucial role in dealing with the business customers and internal teams, providing essential support and ensuring efficient risk management practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally, delivering exceptional customer service.
Log information accurately and update databases with relevant data.
Analyze and assess the financials of our customers to identify potential risks.
Provide administrative support to the team, ensuring smooth operations.
Perform credit vetting on customers, evaluating their creditworthiness.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to effectively manage risk and drive business growth.Requirements:
Previous financial background is preferred, although not essential.
Strong customer service experience is a must.
Ability to manage your own workload and work autonomously, demonstrating initiative.
Excellent telephone etiquette with a professional and engaging manner.
Self-sufficiency, with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
