Description✓Finance Administrator – Accounts Payable [FTC]
✓Salary: £21,030 [National Framework] or £26,199 [London Framework – if you are London office based or homebased and live within the boundary of the M25]
✓Hours: Full time, 37 hours per week with potential for flexible working patterns to support an effective work-life balance.
✓Contract: 23 Month Fixed Term or Secondment Opportunity.
✓Location: This role is homebased; however, we are also able to consider office-based and flexible working arrangements
✓All our homeworkers are kitted out with everything they need to comfortably work from home and there is also an additional homeworking allowance of £529 per annum for those working from home.

✓We are now looking for a Finance Administrator to join our Finance Team on a full-time basis for a 23 month fixed-term contract or secondment opportunity

✓To be considered as aFinance Administrator, you will need:
✓- Experience of working in a finance environment
✓- Good administrative skills
✓- Knowledge of finance ledgers, accounting processes and procedures
✓- Good communication and customer service skills
✓- Organisational skills
✓- Proficiency in IT
✓What you’ll be doing
✓As aFinance Administrator, you will support our high-quality accounts payable function
✓Supporting invoice payments, you’ll monitor unpaid invoices, ensure that invoices are authorised andwepay suppliers and reimburse colleague’s expenses in an efficient manner
✓You’ll review daily payment runs, process payment requests, support the supplier set-up and amendment process and assist with the analysis of payments
✓Managing our team mailboxes, you’ll reply to queries in a timely manner
✓Additionally, you will:
✓- Reconcile expenses paid and investigate variances
✓- Administer the procurement cards process and petty cash returns
