Finance Administrator
Description✓We are happy to be representing an energy group who are looking for a Finance Administrator to join their finance team based in Central London
✓Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, but working on a day to day basis with the Group Financial Accountant and ESG Manager, the responsibilities of this role will be split between transactional Finance activities, office management and co-ordinating business travel arrangements of the Board, staff and consultants
✓This is a hybrid role, 1-2 days in the officer per week.
✓This position is initially offered on a six month contract basis.
✓Responsibilities will include
✓Accounts payable
✓Invoice processing
✓Coordinate invoice approvals
✓Supplier account reconciliation Banking
✓Payment and beneficiary set up
✓Preparation of cashbook journals
✓Preparation of monthly bank reconciliations Expenses
✓Expense claim processing and analysis
✓Maintain expenses register Travel
✓Coordinate travel bookings with our travel agency and our personnel
✓Maintaining a register of directors visits to the UK Office Management
✓General Finance admin duties
✓Management of office with small team Competencies & Experience
✓3+ years of transactional finance experience
✓Competent user of Excel
✓Prior experience of Sage desirable but not essential
