✓The Recruitment Group are working with a well-established business in Nottingham & they are looking for candidates to work within a busy Finance Admin Department providing admin support for a variety of tasks.
✓Main duties and responsibilities of the Finance Administrator –
✓Tasks will differ from day to day, below is an example of the types of tasks you’ll be asked to support -
✓Raise Daily Repair Orders
✓Converting orders to a full Invoice
✓Send Daily Customer Invoices
✓Post daily Payments via the Inter-company account
✓Process AP Parts Invoices
✓Update shared spreadsheets
✓Submit Portal Invoices for
✓Provide support for customer repairs Portal
✓Provide support collating Bulk Billing data from multiple platforms
✓Provide Cover for Web Order Process and Payment Links
✓Provide support for Accounts Payable when short staffed and at Month end
✓Provide CC Admin support for Portal Invoicing and Education Order Checks
✓Amongst a variety of other tasks.
✓Skills -
✓Strong written and oral communication skills at all levels.
✓Keen eye for detail, observation is crucial.
✓Proficient IT skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly. MS Office [Outlook, SharePoint].
✓Ability to quickly learn and retain knowledge with regards to processes.
✓The ability to work in a busy and pressurised environment.
✓Qualities-
✓Professional, friendly and enthusiastic attitude with a desire to provide great customer service.
✓Strong work ethic, hard working, structured and organized with and a keen eye for detail.
