Description✓Elevation Recruitment Group are pleased to be working with a well established and successful business in Doncaster as they look to recruit a Finance Business Partner to help manage the financials and budgets for the head office operations
✓This role offers excellent benefits and generous starting salary, including hybrid working [2/3 days week WFH] and an annual bonus [Depending on company performance]
✓The Finance Business Partner will report directly to the Head of Finance and will be responsible for financial reporting, analysis and business partnering
✓Duties will include:
✓- Financial management responsibilities for a number of Head Office Departments
✓including monthly variance analysis, developing robust Mid Term Plans/Forecasts
✓and challenging discretional expenditure
✓- Support in the delivery of UK financial reporting to the Group including
✓submission of Financial Statements, KPI's and physical performance figures
✓- Support in the accurate allocation of operational costs against revenue streams
✓- Support in the communication of financial performance to the Group
✓- Ad-hoc tasks / projects on behalf of the Head of Controlling and CFO
✓- Support the development and maintenance of the TM1 financial reporting tool
✓- Support the integrity of the financial and internal control environment
✓- Support the delivery of the group reporting and budgetary processes
✓- Developing a greater financial understanding within Head Office functions
✓- Preparation of budgets and forecasts to set targets for the future direction of the
✓business
✓The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate the following skills and experiences:
✓- Be a qualified/ late part qualified accountant [ACA, ACCA, CIMA]
✓- Strong team player, able to work alongside Senior Management & finance
✓colleagues across the business
✓- Highly analytical, focussed on improving financial statements & results
✓- Attention to detail
✓- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
✓- Ability to work to tight deadlines
✓- Flexible and enthusiastic
✓- Excellent technical systems skills [SAP, TM1, Excel, Powerpoint]
