Finance Business Partner
Description✓As an Finance Business Partner you will be providing a framework of financial advice, monitoring and support to Corporate Departments, across financial planning, budget and forecasting and to support improved financial decision making.

✓As a Finance Business Partner you would be involved in:
✓Production of Monthly management accounts, MI and working closely with back office managers and the rest of the Finance team, and Managers to assist in achieving company targets
✓Provide support and expert guidance to Managers
✓Reporting and dealing with Budget v Actual variances
✓Assisting in Forecasting and Budgeting
✓Tracking and driving the cost benefits of any initiatives that are introduced
✓To provide finance guidance and support to the Back Office Senior managers
✓Lead on production of the monthly management accounts including master reporting file
✓Consolidation of annual budgets
✓Monthly consolidation of forecast master information.
✓Month end activities and all relevant Balance Sheet reconciliations
✓This will include posting journals, accruals and pre-payments and producing monthly and possibly weekly Management information.
✓Responsible for the budgeting and forecasting for departments and areas partnered with.
✓Responsible for creating and producing MI associated with internal interfaces and committees.Profile
✓The successful candidate will have the following attributes:
✓Experience of management accounts or Developing MI reports or Dashboards
✓Experience of working in a busy environment, providing accounting/reporting services to tight deadlines
✓Worked independently to prepare monthly reports and analysis
✓Be commercially minded
