Our client is seeking a passionate and driven Finance Business Partner to join their team.

Main duties:
As the Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for:
* Taking charge of the production of accurate and timely management accounts
This involves handling journal entries, conducting balance sheet reconciliations, and performing variance analysis.
* Providing insightful management reports and analysis to drive performance improvement across the business.
* Cultivating outstanding relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including operational managers, to enhance collaboration and achieve shared goals.
* Collaborating with relevant divisional and operational managers for monthly performance updates.
* Assisting the Finance Manager in preparing forecasts and budgets.
* Preparing reports, analysis, and data for the Finance Manager and Group Finance Manager - Operations on an ad-hoc basis.
* Acting as the primary communication link between operational roles and the wider Finance team.
* Demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement within the operational finance team.
* Educating operational teams and divisions on how to interpret and comprehend complex financial information.
* Recognizing the significance of financial controls for the operational teams.
* Assisting in meeting all accounts requirements for year-end and external audit purposes.
* Supporting the wider Finance team with various ad-hoc projects and requests.
* Proactively collaborating with the operational finance team to assist colleagues when needed and ensure timely completion of tasks.
* Maintaining regular and effective communication with internal colleagues to facilitate the smooth execution of team responsibilities.

What we are looking for:
* Finished AAT or studying ACCA/CIMA
* Demonstrate previous experience in management accounts.
* Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft software.
* Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey financial information to non-finance team members.
* Display exceptional organizational skills, self-motivation, and a commitment to continuous improvement in all aspects of your work
