Finance Intern
2 month fixed-term contract

Job Overview
During your internship, you will gain hands on experience working alongside your dedicated workplace mentor in our finance team
During your time as a Finance Intern at JFD, you will support our finance team in the implementation of internal control improvement actions, and other ad hoc finance duties
Your key responsibilities will be:
Assist in the implementation of process and internal control improvement actions
Assist in fixed asset verification activities
Assist in preparation of documentation for annual external audit
Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Finance Manager.What do you need?

Our requirements for this role are:
A recent graduate of a finance or maths-based degree discipline or currently undertaking an accounting/finance/maths-based degree.
Strong excel skills would be desirable, but not essential
An enthusiastic individual who is willing to learn and develop in this role
Willingness to travel to other JFD sites within Scotland.We believe at JFD that success is dependent on our valued behaviours
