Finance Manager
Description✓This market leading SME organisation are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join their team

✓Finance Manager- About The Role
✓In this role you will be reporting into the Directors of the business and will be responsible for managing a team of 3
✓This role requires a forward-thinking Finance Manager that can support the growth of the business
✓Your key responsibilities will be:
✓* Production of monthly management accounts for management review.
✓* Managing monthly and weekly cash flow, based on actuals and forecast cash requirements.
✓* Assisting with Fixed assets, accruals, prepayments, and other journals & reconciliations.
✓* Preparation of annual statutory accounts and tax files.
✓* Maintaining strong systems and controls to ensure adequate documentation, audit trails and policies are adhered to.
✓* Managing cashflow targets and credit control measures.
✓* Handling the payroll via the external payroll agency.
✓* Ad hoc reporting and support when necessary.
✓The successful Finance Manager will have:
✓* Previous experience in a Finance Manager position
✓* Previous experience in managing a team
✓* AAT/ACCA/CIMA part/fully qualified candidates will be considered
✓* Ability to communicate at all levels
