Financial Controller
Description✓You will be joining an award winning leading FMCG fragrance and toiletries brand based in Harrow, West London

✓The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing a company's financial reports, which include balance sheets and income statements as well as assisting in compliance audits and monitoring internal controls including policies and risk management
✓You will have experience in all aspects of financial management including accounting, financial reporting, budget and forecasts.

✓Role and Responsibilities:
✓-Manage all accounting operations
✓-Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
✓-Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
✓-Research technical accounting issues for compliance
✓-Support month-end processes
✓-Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
✓-Manage and comply with year-end accounting and has managed audited accounts in a UK company.
✓-Develop financial and accounting policies and procedures
✓About You:
✓-Degree in Finance or Accounting
✓-Proven experience as a financial controller
✓-Familiar with VAT and tax regulations in the UK, EU and worldwide
✓-Ability to work with different currencies and exchange rates
✓-Confident in dealing with different IT systems
✓-Confident in using Excel & ideally MS Dynamics
✓-Team player who is charismatic and commercially minded
✓-Great communication skills.
