Description✓PERMANENT FINANICAL PLANNING ADMINISTRATOR - CARDIFF – Salary Neg
✓We are looking for an experienced Financial Planning Administrator. A varied role as outlined below but lets start with the good stuff:
✓25 days holiday + bank holidays increasing on service
✓Day off for your birthday

✓Monday – Friday, 35 hours per week, 9am – 5pm working onsite

✓Daily duties are likely to involve:-
✓Being the first point of contact for Client correspondence, written and verbal
✓Processing New Business
✓Preparation of client review packs
✓Arranging client meetings and managing the Adviser’s diary
✓Illustration requests
✓Ensure that all financial planning client administration is carried out in accordance with the Firm's procedures
✓Maintain client records on the company software and ensure the client and firm's files are well presented, accurate and compliant
✓Taking phone calls, inquiries and requests, and handling them where appropriate
✓In return, what we need from you:-
✓Previous experience working in a Financial Planning firm is essential.
✓Good working knowledge of IO and Platform experience essential.
✓Ability to manage and prioritise workloads
✓Excellent planning, organisational and multi-tasking abilities are essential
✓Excellent communication skills at all levels
