Description✓Our internationally renowned client is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join them as a People Services Advisor
✓This a varied and challenging role reporting into the People Services Manager.
✓French Speaking People Services Advisor Responsibilities
✓This role manages critical end-to-end transactional administration as well as end-to-end payroll tasks
✓Your key responsibilities will be:
✓- Payroll – including gathering variables/changes and downloading and reconciling trial reports
✓- Advisory – including managing critical administrative tasks
✓- General – analysing and managing complex employee and line manager requests

✓French Speaking People Services Advisor Experience
✓The successful candidate will be an experienced HR administrator/Advisor, ideally within payroll and benefits
✓You will have an understanding of retail or hospitality, and you will be comfortable managing a high workload of data and administrative tasks
✓This role requires something with Full/Professional working proficiency French.
✓Location
✓Our client is based in Bicester [OX26] there is parking available onsite, and it is close to public transport links.
✓This role will be site-based 1 day per week however you may be required onsite more during the first 2 months of training
✓Core working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm
