✓Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
✓Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
✓Conduct reference checks, negotiate job offers, and coordinate onboarding activities.
✓Employee Relations:
✓Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
✓Address employee queries, concerns, and grievances in a timely and confidential manner.
✓Promote positive employee relations by fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment.
✓Performance Management:
✓Assist in the implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and performance improvement plans.
✓Provide guidance to managers on handling performance-related issues and delivering constructive feedback.
✓Support the development and implementation of employee recognition and reward programs.
✓Training and Development:
✓Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate relevant training programs.
✓Assist in the design and delivery of employee development initiatives, including career development plans and succession planning.
✓Support the performance appraisal process by providing guidance to managers and employees.
✓HR Administration and Compliance:
✓Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
✓Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.

✓Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
✓Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar HR role.
