Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Selection:
Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Conduct reference checks, negotiate job offers, and coordinate onboarding activities.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
Address employee queries, concerns, and grievances in a timely and confidential manner.
Promote positive employee relations by fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment.
Performance Management:
Assist in the implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and performance improvement plans.
Provide guidance to managers on handling performance-related issues and delivering constructive feedback.
Support the development and implementation of employee recognition and reward programs.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate relevant training programs.
Assist in the design and delivery of employee development initiatives, including career development plans and succession planning.
Support the performance appraisal process by providing guidance to managers and employees.
HR Administration and Compliance:
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.Profile
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar HR role.
Sound knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
