IFA Administrator

DescriptionMy Wolverhampton based Independent Financial Advisers are looking for an IFA Administrator to join their team on a full time and permanent basis.
Duties will include:-
* Submitting applications, sending off paperwork & chasing to completion
* Obtaining client valuations both on the platforms and with other providers
* Obtaining letters of authority and contacting companies for existing product details via phone, post & email
* Preparation work for client meetings including producing illustrations & paperwork required
* Undertaking client reviews, setting up model portfolios & completing switches & rebalances
* Maintaining wrap platforms
* Preparing & sending client income drawdown review reports including cashflow projections
* Telephoning companies for existing product details via phone, post & email
* Working alongside the Investment Director & Paraplanner when required in order to produce work required for the Adviser
* Answering the phone & handling queries
* Typing letters
* Checking documents received & sending to client
* Scanning documentation & general administration
Key Skills:-
* Ideally you will have worked within the Financial Services sector within a Bank or IFA in an Administration capacity
* You will have excellent IT skills, good attention and accuracy skills
* Must have excellent communication skills to be able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
* If you have used Intelligent Office or Wrap platforms previously this would be advantageous but not essential
* The successful candidate would be prepared to study for relevant qualifications for the role
