Income Administrator
Description✓We are looking for an Income Administrator to join a small Housing Provider in London on a 6 month contract
✓Responsibilities include:
✓· Provide administrative support to the housing and income team including filing, photocopying, scanning and updating the database
✓· Act as first point of contact for residents with standard rent queries and to manage a small arrears patch
✓· Administer collection of rent through direct debit and other payment procedures
✓· Ensure all housing benefit payments and schedules are accurately processed and coded
✓· Provide emergency cover during absences which may include home visits, tenancy sign ups and service of notices
✓Essential Experience:
✓· Previous experience of working within social housing/local authority in an administrative capacity
✓· Experience of helping customers with rent arrears and managing low-level rent arrear cases
✓· Have strong computer skills, good verbal skills and knowledge of the role
