Insurance Broker
Description✓Insurance Broker | Hatherleigh | Full Time | Competitive based on experience.
✓Our client is looking for an enthusiastic person, who has either proven experience in commercial insurance and compliance, OR office administration and HR, to join the team.
✓You will work 33.75 hours per week to include one Saturday morning in four on a rota basis. Wednesday finishes at 1pm every week.

✓Minimum of 5 GCSEs [or equivalent] Grade B or above to include English and Maths, plus A levels [or higher] in relevant subjects.
✓For commercial insurance - CII qualifications or experience working in the insurance industry
✓What will your role look like?
✓Discussing clients’ insurance needs and providing appropriate advice and recommendations to meet these.
✓Putting together risk presentations and negotiating favourable terms for our clients.
✓Client-facing responsibilities on both the telephone and face to face with clients.
✓Accurate documentation of client information, policy records and conversations with clients and insurers.
✓Working closely with other members of the team to ensure the smooth flow of work and information within the office.
✓Undertaking strategic and process reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
