IT Finance Analyst [Contract]
Description✓Our client based in Salford is currently looking to recruit an IT Finance Analyst initially on a 9 - 12 month contract...
✓Responsibilities:
✓Month-end support
✓Actuals tracking and variance analysis
✓Purchase requisition creation and management, invoice reconciliation and posting goods receipts
✓Financial data analysis [analyse postings done in SAP, reconcile the data with the actual budget and Forecast]
✓Supporting Project managers with capital finance bookings and running project reports
✓Offering support to the European Finance Manager during Budgeting and Forecasting times
✓Track down all actuals posted in a month and update the Cost Centre files
✓Business support – assisting in all queries – building business relationships and rapport
✓Cost centre clean up: reclasses, recharges, daily checks of the position versus Budget.
✓Chasing internally for requests
✓Managing Contractor costs and reconciliations
✓Month-end Variance Commentary
✓Requirements:
✓Variance analysis and tracking experience - Essential requirement
✓PO management experience
✓Invoice management experience
✓SAP Finance modules proficient
✓Excel Advanced
✓Very good understanding of financial processes and activities.
✓Experience with Month end processes and variance analysis.
✓Good to have: Overhead Financial analysis experience, Finance/ accountancy degree
✓Pay rate: £140.39 [Daily Rate] = £36,500
✓Location: Salford Flexible working Mon – Fri [37 hours per week]
