Our client based in the Derry area are in a period of significant growth and due to their continued increased and busy work load they now have a vacancy for an IT Manager to join their team.
Having identified the need to strengthen their Finance & Corporate Services Team – our client invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for the position of IT Manager.
The role will report directly to the Assistant Finance Director and will provide a high standard of cyber security and ICT support services across the business with minimum downtime to ensure the smooth running of the IT network and systems
Core Responsibilities include, IT Contract Management, IT Support, Cyber Security and Business Continuity.

Essential Criteria:
 A relevant IT related degree and 2 years’ experience in an ICT Service Manager role.
OR
 HND/HNC in ICT/Computer science and 3 years’ experience in an ICT Service Manager role.
 Strong experience in IT infrastructure management of 50 - 70 users.
 Can demonstrate experience in procurement and contract management of third party IT service providers.
 Previous experience of implementing effective cyber security measures within an organisation.
 Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the business.
 Strong IT generalist knowledge across multiple systems and areas of Infrastructure and Application Support.
 Possess a current driving licence or have access to a form of transport that enables them to meet the requirements of the post in full.
 Must have the right to work in the UK without the requirement for sponsorship.
Desirable Criteria:
 ITIL Foundation Certificate or above
 Relevant information security qualification.
 Experience of working within a similar organisation.
