✓Responsibilities
✓Manage a sales ledger of approximately 1100 customers
✓Manage diary & follow up system to ensure that debts are paid on time
✓Deal with daily enquiries
✓Identify delinquent accounts
✓Be able to negotiate good repayments with costumes
✓Take card payments over the phone
✓Transactional processing
✓Weekly aged debt reporting
✓Develop & maintain effective relationships with clients
✓Beneficial Skills
✓Very good level of communication
✓Have very good time management skills
✓Strong attention to detail
✓Proactive & enthusiastic approach
✓Proficient in MS Excel
