Description✓When someone needs to make an insurance claim – either for themselves or their business – they might well need someone on their side to help get them the best deal
✓Our client is a specialist in helping customers get their best from their insurance policy, and they need a claims technician to join their team and help them continue their extensive work.
✓Our client, which has its HQ in Essex but has branches nationwide, is seeking someone who is proactive, knowledgeable and efficient, to work on behalf of customers.
✓You’ll be a first point of contact, acting as a liaison and managing a portfolio of projects – and importantly working with loss assessors and claims consultants to ensure projects are seen through and completed.
✓Ideally, you’ll have previous experience in this field of work, but above all you’ll have exceptional organisational skills, and the communication skills necessary to not only deal with insurance assessors on a professional level but work with customers who have been affected by an incident that requires the insurance claim – from thefts and damage to fire and flood.
✓You’ll enjoy working as a team but also, you’ll be adept at working alone and using your initiative to push projects forward
✓You’ll also be proficient in Microsoft Office packages and relevant software.
