Management Accountant

This is a chance for a Management Accountant to join an organisation with almost 50 years' experience, this organisation offers a number of different services including designing, manufacturing, and installing catering equipment.
The successful Management Accountant will be responsible for the preparation of annual and monthly budgets and targets with the management team, as well as cash flow forecasting/budgeting and payment plan, monthly management accounts reporting and presentation to the shareholders/directors of the company at quarterly board meetings, and all aspects of pension scheme management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with management team to prepare annual and monthly budgets and targets
* Coordinate with supply chain and clients to manage product vesting
* Prepare monthly management accounts and report to shareholders/directors at quarterly board meetings
* Conduct monthly/yearly variance analysis investigations
* Forecast cash flow and prepare payment plans
Essential Experience:
* Professional and experienced background in management accounting
* Proficient in SAGE 200 accounting software
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Desirable Experience:
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
