✓Sheridan Maine are delighted to be working with a nationally known, market-leading consumer brand who are based in the West Midlands
✓They are looking for a Management Accountant to join their Financial Accounts team, who are responsible for the financial control of the business.
✓The Role
✓The Management Accountant will have a defined set of responsibilities across both the profit & loss statement and the balance sheet and be expected to produce and present the monthly results to the senior Finance team
✓The measure of success will be delivering results on time, to a high standard, with clear and concise communication
✓Duties include [but are not limited to]:
✓* The preparation of weekly, monthly, and annual reporting
✓* Preparation of month end schedules
✓* Work with the Finance Manager to develop key working relationships across all other departments to improve communication, support, and challenge across the business.
✓* Take ownership of several critical balance sheet reconciliations including variance analysis, investigation, and resolution
✓* Take responsibility for key profit and loss account.
✓The Person
✓This business are looking for a confident and proactive individual with strong interpersonal skills that can help them forge fruitful internal and external stakeholder relationships
✓Other requirements include:
✓* Oracle Fusion experience advantageous
✓* ACCA/CIMA Qualified
✓* Ability to work logically, consistently and accurately
✓* Advanced Excel skills
✓* Multi-site experience advantageous
✓* Delivering responses to annual audit
✓* Robust and timely month-ends
