Description✓Secondary Maths Teacher in Southampton
✓Start Date: September 2023 Till July 2024
✓Contract Type: Full time, Long term contract
✓Paid to Scale - £143 - £215 per day
✓Supply Desk are currently recruiting on the behalf of a Secondary School in Southampton who are looking to recruit a Maths Teacher for September start
✓This will be a temporary position with the potential to move into a permeant position
✓You will be teaching Maths across KS3 and KS4 in a secondary school that was graded “Good” in all areas in their latest Ofsted inspection.
✓The role:
✓Full Time – Monday to Friday
✓You will be required to teach Maths to KS3/4 students.
✓Planning and preparing for lessons which cater to all students
✓Marking and assessment to recap or extend the students learning as appropriate
✓Following and promoting the school curriculum and pushing for highest attainment
✓Pay rates in line with teacher pay scale
✓Requirements for the role:
✓Must experience teaching Maths up to and including GCSE
✓You will have excellent subject knowledge and a desire to provide the best education to all students
✓Will be required to apply for an enhanced Child Workforce DBS, if you do not already have one on the update service
