Office & Accounts Assistant
Description✓R13 Recruitment are partnering a leading innovator in the consumer goods industry in their search for an Office & Account Assistant
✓Utilising your knowledge of SAGE, you will perform tasks such as raising invoices, purchase orders, sales orders, packing lists, and generating stock reports.
✓Based in Sudbury, this is a part time, permanent position working 2-3 days per week, between Tuesday to Friday
✓The offered salary for this opportunity is £24,000 pro rata.

✓The day to day
✓* Using Sage to handle the booking of purchase and sales invoices.
✓* Managing supplier payments and recording them in Sage.
✓* Handling payment receipts from customers and payments to third parties using Sage.
✓* Utilizing the SAGE platform to send statements to customers regarding pending payments.
✓* Conducting follow-ups on outstanding payments.
✓* Performing quarterly VAT runs and making payments to HRMRC.
✓* Reconciling bank statements with Sage.
✓You will have/be
✓* Previous experience using Sage or similar CRM/accounting software.
✓* IT proficiency with working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
✓* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
✓* Well organised with the ability to work to deadlines and prioritise a workload.
