Office Supervisor
Description✓Elevation Accountancy & Finance are really pleased to be working in partnership with a growing organisation based in the Scunthorpe area who are looking to recruit a professional Office Supervisor to join their team, on a permanent basis.
✓The successful candidate will have experience working within a varied accounting role covering the below duties, as well as excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with individuals at varying levels both internal and external to the organisation
✓Duties of the Office Supervisor will include:
✓• Maintain all routine accounts transactions including sales invoices, purchase invoices and bank transactions
✓• Credit control
✓• Coordinate monthly payroll information and liaise with payroll provider
✓• Manage purchase order process and support supplier relations
✓• Provide administrative support to the Commercial Manager & Technical Director on processing quotes, customer orders and customer relations
✓• General office management duties
✓• Secretarial/PA support to MD
✓Person specification:
✓• Proven experience working within a fast paced, varied accounting role
✓• Educated to GCSE level, including Maths & English
✓• Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Excel
✓• Strong communication skills
✓• Ability to prioritise workload in order to meet strict deadlines
