Part Time Credit Controller
Description✓Job Title: Credit Controller
✓Location: Coventry
✓Hourly rate £15.00 per hour
✓Part Time Hours 4/5 hours a day 20/25 hour per week
✓Flexible start and finish time.
✓Our client is a family run business supporting the food industry
✓ You will be based at their Head office; we are searching for an experienced credit controller to support the finance function, if you enjoy speaking with customers building a rapport to ensure payments are made to terms then this is a fantastic role for you.
✓Key Responsibilities to include :
✓Daily allocation of large values payments accurately & efficiently.
✓Liaise with clients to collect late payments and resolve any debt issue.
✓Reconciling customer statements.
✓Taking incoming calls to resolve daily queries and internal issues.
✓General finance admin duties, sending copy invoices etc…
✓You will be responsible for - payments/ statements/ reconciliations/ queries.
✓Build a rapport with co-workers and customers
✓Distribution of customer statements
✓Month end tasks
✓Credit Checks for potential customers
✓Monitor & review credit limits
✓Essential
✓Advanced Excel user
✓V-Lookups
✓5 years in credit control position
✓A strong collector who can reduce aged debt !
