Part Time Payroll Administrator
Description✓Our client, an Industrial Services company have an urgent requirement for a permanent part time Payroll Administrator to join their team.
✓Reporting to the Payroll Manager you will be responsible for:
✓Responsible for accurately processing various weekly payrolls
✓Ensuring processing deadlines are met centrally and regionally
✓Checking exception reports and amending errors
✓Calculating over-payments
✓Amending pay rates, tax codes and bank details
✓RTI reporting to HMR
✓Ensuring compliance with statutory legislation
✓Month end reporting and payments for various weekly payrolls
✓Auto enrolment
✓Year End processesQualifications an experience:
✓Formal payroll qualification or relevant experience
✓Accuracy and numeracy
✓IT literate
✓Good interpersonal skillsSalary £18,000 per annum for 3 days per week [Pro rata £30k].
