✓Part time hours: Monday and Tuesday 8am-4pm Wednesday 8am-12pm

✓My client is a global provider of supply chain solutions to a range of global customers
✓Required is an experienced Payroll Assistant on a part time basis or if the ideal candidate is looking for full time, we would be interested to speak with candidates who can also turn their hand to HR support within an Assistant / Administrative capacity
✓The cornerstone for this role is the End to End / Start to Finish full cycle weekly payroll experience
✓The opportunity in this role would appeal to somebody looking to expand their skillset into HR having already gained some exposure either by studying CIPD Level 3 or via hands on experience in a current / previous role.
✓The Payroll Role
✓Expected to take up approx
✓2.5 days per week of your time, you will be managing the weekly payroll, checking and collating data from the time and attendance system Cronos, processing payroll through ADP iHCM, and dealing with any payroll queries that may come in
✓Also, would require a level of knowledge of how to work out SSP and SMP.
✓The HR Role
✓Assisting the HR department in Assistant / Administrative capacity.
✓You will be the port of call for employee queries, statutory compliance, issuing P45’s / P60’s, overseeing stat payments in SSP and SMP.
✓The Candidate
✓Full cycle Payroll knowledge is essential
✓
✓The HR aspects can be trained however highly desirable is the basic exposure through study and/or experience doing the role.
✓Confident around a PC with a good working knowledge of computerised payroll software, MS Office, and databases.
✓Knowledge of how to work out SSP and SMP
✓Experience in Pensions auto enrol
✓Additional Information:
✓Start asap preferred but notice will be accommodated
✓Holidays: 27 days holidays [plus UK bank holidays] pro-rata
✓ Auto-enrol Pension Scheme.
