✓Salary: £25,000 to £33,000 per annum dependent on experience
✓Location: Mansfield, Nottinghamshire
✓Hours: 8am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday
✓We have a fantastic opportunity for a permanent role in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire.
✓Duties:
✓* Ensure the Payroll/HR database is kept up-to-date and secure at all times.
✓* Process new starters, leavers and employment changes.
✓* Ensure that records and processes comply with company and legal regulations.
✓* Have the ability and knowledge to enter approved hours and any wage amendments onto the payroll system, to produce the wages/salaries when required.
✓* Have the ability to issue smart cards and maintain the computerised time and attendance system, including shift patterns, holidays and absences.
✓* Have the ability to reconcile third party payments including ensuring pension contributions are submitted accurately to the pension provider and undertaking reconciliations of payroll related general ledger accounts.
✓* Respond and resolve queries from staff relating to payroll.
✓Experience
✓* PAYE, NIC, SMP, SSP, Pensions and GDPR.
✓* Strong MS outlook, excel and work skills, including V-look ups and pivot tables.
✓* Worked within a busy payroll function previously
